Terms of service

Purpose

These terms govern the design and development services offered by PixelSeven (websites, click & collect, web and mobile apps, MVP rescue, maintenance). They apply to every accepted quote.

Quote

Each project gets a personalised quote, sent within 48h of the request, setting out scope, milestones, timeline and payment terms. The quote is free and non-binding until accepted in writing.

Deposit and staged payments

Work starts once a deposit, whose amount is stated in the quote, has been paid. The balance is paid in stages, according to the schedule in the quote. Invoices can be issued in euros or Algerian dinars.

Project delivery

A demo is presented every week on an online staging environment. The client agrees to provide the necessary content and approvals within reasonable timeframes. Any out-of-scope request is quoted separately.

Code ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the source code developed specifically for their project, as well as the mockups. Open-source libraries remain subject to their respective licences.

Warranty

A bug-fix warranty applies after launch, for a duration stated in the quote: [To complete: warranty period]. It covers malfunctions against the approved scope, excluding new features and changes made by third parties.

Reversibility

At any time and at the end of the engagement, the client can retrieve their code, data, access and documentation, to continue with the provider of their choice. Accounts (hosting, domain, stores, payments) are opened in the client's name.

Liability

PixelSeven is bound by a best-efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for failures of third-party services (hosting, payment provider, app stores).

Governing law
